We collect only what is necessary for operating a PPV streaming service.

1.1 Data You Provide

  • Account data: name, email, phone number, password (hashed), profile photo (optional).
  • Payment data: transaction ID, payment method type, billing address, GST details if supplied. We do not store full card/UPI details; payment is processed via RBI-compliant gateways.
  • UGC data: videos, thumbnails, captions, comments, messages, reports you submit.
  • Support data: chats/emails with our support or grievance team.

1.2 Data We Collect Automatically

  • Device & log data: IP address, device ID, browser/app version, OS, language, time zone, crash logs.
  • Usage data: titles watched, watch time, session duration, clicks, search history, PPV purchases, content uploads.
  • Cookies/SDKs: for login, security, preferences, analytics, and fraud prevention.

1.3 Data From Third Parties

  • Payment confirmation from gateways.
  • Social login data (if you choose to connect).
  • Copyright/complaint evidence from rights holders.

 

2. How We Use Your Data (Purposes)

We use data only for lawful, specified purposes, including:

  • Creating and maintaining your account.
  • Delivering PPV access and streaming functionality.
  • Processing payments, invoices, taxes, chargebacks, and fraud prevention.
  • Hosting/moderating UGC and enforcing community rules.
  • Personalizing playback (language, resume-watching, quality).
  • Customer support and grievance redressal.
  • Security, audits, and legal compliance.
  • Sending service notices (purchase confirmations, policy updates).
    Marketing communications are only sent where you’ve consented or where permitted by law.

3. Consent & Notice

Where required, we collect your consent through clear notices at sign-up, purchase, upload, or settings. You may withdraw consent anytime from settings or by contacting us; withdrawal may limit access to some features.

 

4. Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share only as needed with:

  • Payment processors (to complete PPV transactions).
  • Cloud/CDN/hosting partners (to store/stream content securely).
  • Analytics & security vendors (to measure performance and prevent abuse).
  • Legal/copyright authorities when required by law, court orders, or valid takedown notices.
  • Business transfers (merger/acquisition), with continued protection.

All processors must follow DPDP-comparable safeguards.

 

5. Cross-Border Transfers

If data is processed outside India (e.g., cloud regions), we ensure it is transferred only to jurisdictions allowed by the Indian Government and protected via contracts and security controls.

 

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for purposes described above, or as required by law (tax, fraud, disputes). UGC may remain until you delete it or we remove it for policy reasons.

 

7. Security Safeguards

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and logging. No system is perfectly secure; you agree to use strong passwords and keep them confidential. DPDP Rules require “reasonable security safeguards,” which we follow.

 

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly allow PPV purchases or UGC uploads by users under 18 without verified parental/guardian consent, and we do not engage in tracking/targeted ads toward children as restricted under DPDP Rules 2025

 

9. Your Rights (Data Principal Rights)

You may request:

  • Access to your personal data summary.
  • Correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure where retention is no longer necessary.
  • Withdrawal of consent.
  • Grievance redressal.

10. Cookies

You can manage cookies in your browser/app settings. Disabling cookies may affect login or playback features.

 

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
