Challenge Mania is a streaming platform for competitive, entertainment, and community-driven content. These Guidelines explain what you can and cannot upload, comment, or share. They support India’s intermediary due-diligence framework.

Violation may lead to takedown, strikes, age-gating, demonetization (if enabled), or account suspension.

 

1. Respect & Safety

You must not post content that:

  • Harasses, threatens, bullies, or humiliates someone.
  • Encourages self-harm or violence.
  • Includes hate speech or discrimination based on protected traits.
  • Doxxes or shares private information.

 

2. Illegal / Regulated Content (India)

Do not upload or promote:

  • Content violating Indian law, court orders, or government notifications.
  • Depictions of child sexual material, grooming, or exploitation.
  • Terrorism, extremist propaganda, or recruitment.
  • Sale/promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, or other banned items.
  • Gambling/lottery promotions unless lawful and explicitly allowed per local law.

 

3. Sexual & Adult Content

  • No nudity or explicit sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance.
  • Adult nudity or explicit sex is not allowed.
  • Mild sexual themes may be age-gated at our discretion.

 

4. Violence & Graphic Content

  • No real-world gore or extreme injury.
  • Fictional or sports/competitive violence is allowed if not excessively graphic.
  • Dangerous “challenge” content that risks real harm may be removed.

 

5. Misinformation & Impersonation

You must not:

  • Impersonate another person or brand.
  • Post manipulated media intended to mislead (including deepfakes) without clear labeling.
  • Spread disinformation that could cause public harm.

 

6. Intellectual Property

Upload only content you own or have permission to use.

We follow India’s notice-and-action takedown process. Repeat infringement may terminate your account.

 

7. Spam & Platform Abuse

No:

  • automated uploads, bots, scraping, or traffic manipulation,
  • misleading thumbnails/titles,
  • repeated low-effort posts or irrelevant advertising,
  • phishing or scam links.

 

 

8. Privacy of Others

Do not post:

  • someone else’s personal data without permission,
  • private conversations or recordings without consent,
  • content that violates anyone’s dignity or privacy rights.

 

9. Enforcement

We may:

  • remove content,
  • restrict visibility or age-gate,
  • issue warnings/strikes,
  • suspend or terminate accounts,
  • report content under legal obligation.

10. Reporting

Use the Report button or email info@challengemania.net with links and details.

We respond within timelines required by DPDP and IT Rules.
