PPV REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy explains refunds/cancellations for Pay-Per-View purchases, aligned with India’s consumer transparency rules.

 

1. PPV Purchases Are One-Time Digital Transactions

Each PPV purchase gives access to a specific title for the stated viewing window or number of plays shown at checkout.

 

2. Cancellations

Because PPV access delivers instantly:

  • You cannot cancel a PPV purchase after payment succeeds.
  • If you purchased the wrong title, contact support immediately before playback begins; we may help at our discretion.

 

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are allowed only when:

  1. Playback never worked due to a verified platform fault, and
  2. You report the issue within 24 hours of purchase, and
  3. Our logs confirm failure occurred on our side.

We may offer a refund or re-credit access.

 

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds for:

  • change of mind after playback,
  • slow internet, device incompatibility, VPN use, or user error,
  • content dissatisfaction (story/quality preference),
  • access expiry because you didn’t watch in time,
  • account sharing or policy violations.

 

5. Chargebacks & Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension while we investigate.

 

6. How to Request a Refund

  • transaction ID,
  • title purchased,
  • device/browser info,
  • screenshots or error codes.

We aim to resolve within 7 business days.
